Sir Richard Triplet

Sir Richard Triplet is a leading member of the Order, having taken over the role from his mother. Unlike most of the Order, however, he aims to use the Order to direct the future of mankind rather than for his own personal profit. 

His position gives him insight to knowledge not available to the public. He, and the rest of the Order, are the real controling influences directing governments.

He firmly believes that the only way man can survive as a species is for us to move out into space. Not just in our solar system but into interstellar space. With that in mind he instigated the research project needed to extend human lifespan and developed the underground centre at Swinhope where he hopes to investigate a sealed biosystem to be used in inter-stellar travel in generation ships.
